The project included the installation of a mezzanine floor to maximise usable space, a fully equipped boardroom, upgraded toilets, and compliant fire doors. Fire Safety & Electrical systems were modernised throughout, with a dedicated back-of-house workspace designed to support the adjacent loading bay operations.
