Excel delivered a complete turnkey refurbishment of Awesome’s existing office, showroom, and specialist workshop facilities. The project transformed the site into a fully integrated and efficient workspace, combining high-quality finishes with robust functionality.
The office space was upgraded with new suspended ceilings (standard, fire-rated, MF, and bulkhead types), epoxy resin and tiled flooring, and Whiterock wall cladding. Internal partitions and glazing, including switch glass installations, were added to enhance privacy and natural light. Works also included bespoke signage and manifestation, plumbing and joinery, full mechanical systems (air conditioning and ventilation), fire alarm and access control systems, CCTV and data cabling, and complete decoration throughout.
Within the workshop, Excel undertook excavation and installation for a rolling road and car lift system, along with roller shutter doors, epoxy floor coating and line marking, mezzanine floors, and pallet hoists. Additional works included fire protection, MF ceilings with feature bulkheads, steel partitions, Whiterock cladding, plumbing, mechanical systems, and full M&E installations.
Externally, the team carried out excavation and car park resurfacing with line marking, installed new unit cladding, roller shutter and glazed feature doors, external fire doors, and coordinated the delivery of external signage to complete the project.
